Site Coordinates Request
Apply for official site coordinates with ASML height verification. Submit your application along with required documents and fee details.
Documents Required
- Application to concerned Director
- Form I & Form II (filled)
- Attested CNIC copy
- Ownership certificate
- Google map print + site plan (A4)
- Authority letter with CNIC copies
- Bank draft (3 photocopies)
- Complete address on Form-I
Important Note
Two complete sets of documents (SI 1 to SI 8) must be submitted.
Logistic support for field movement will be responsibility of the indentor.

1. Site Coordinates in WGS-84
I Up to 30 km — No TA/DA involved Rs. 15,000
II Up to 200 km — DR/Stay of 1 day Rs. 20,000
III Up to 400 km — DR/Stay 1 or 2 days Rs. 25,000
IV Over 400 km — 2 or more nights Rs. 30,000
GB Gilgit-Baltistan Province Rs. 40,000
